If you hold a contract with summ.it, your email address will be processed under a ‘Legitimate Interest’ for a direct marketing purpose. These marketing emails will provide you with essential updates, industry news and similar products and services that we offer. If you would like to opt out of these emails, you can simply unsubscribe or email us and we will immediately remove you from the marketing list.

Holding the information

Information submitted by an enquiry form will be held on our secure server indefinitely in order to refer back to for a job or future query. If you no longer want us to hold onto this information please let us know and we will follow the procedure to delete it. If you opt into our marketing emails this information will also be held on our email system until you unsubscribe from the emails.
